• Products are custom assembled and repackaged by our company and are not official LEGO® products.

Shipping Policy

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

• Customers will receive tracking information once their order ships.

• Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays are outside of our control.

Parts Replacement Guarantee

• We offer a 30-Day Parts Replacement Guarantee for missing or damaged parts.

• Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Description/photo of the missing or damaged part(s)

• Replacement parts will be shipped at no additional charge when approved.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of custom packed products, opened items may not qualify for return.

• Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by our error.

• Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected.

Order Accuracy

• We strive for complete accuracy in all product listings, photos, and descriptions.

• Due to the custom nature of LEGO® elements, minor substitutions may occasionally occur if a part becomes unavailable. Any substitutions will maintain the intended look and function of the product.
